File Preparation - Full Color Printing

In order to obtain the best possible quality for your print job, please review the following guidelines for preparing your file:

	Accepted file types: .jpg, .eps, .tif, .pdf, MS Publisher & Quark.
	Minimum file resolution is 300 DPI.
	All files must be CMYK.
	Please allow 1/8th of an inch border for cutting. No text or images should appear in this area.
	The best 4 color "black" for backgrounds: Cyan 50%, Magenta 20%, Yellow 20% & Black 100%.
	All files must be "flattened."
	Fonts & images should be embedded in the file. We are unable to accept attached fonts or images. Send files to print@businessadvancement.com, make payment and we will invoice for shipping before we ship (shipping is not included in our price for printing or the prices you see on this site.
