Do the prices listed on this site for printing include the cost of shipping and what should I do if I have questions about shipping or the status of my tracking information ? |

Whenever you place your order online shipping is always billed before we ship and after your order is printed, if you would like to be invocied for the cost of shipping at the time you place your order please call 1-800-291-0589 rather then placing your order online and we will send you a complete invoice with the shipping costs included, be sure to call us if you have any questions regarding the shipment of your order or your tracking information though normaly we will send it to your email soon after we have shipped the order. |

Are shipping times gaurenteed ? |

Because of this we do not "guarantee" when a package will get there, however you do have our promise to do "everything that is reasonably possible" to get your package to its final destination in a "speedy" fashion.
